Concessions at Pete Ross Field provides a convenient and enjoyable way for families to purchase refreshments during the Sports Season. What makes our Concessions truly special is that it's entirely managed and run by CKYA volunteers, just like every other aspect of our organization. The proceeds from the Concessions help fund the league, and are our biggest contributor to the sport each season.

We are currently only allowing 1 teen (14-17) per volunteer shift. Please reach out to the concessions manager directly if you have a teen interested in helping out.
Please note: Cash and card tips will be given to the 1 teen who is volunteering for the shift.
Teen volunteer spots are first come first serve and fill up quickly!
WA Food Workers Card
Volunteers are asked to have a current WA Food Handler Card. The card is obtained by completing a brief WA Food Handler Card course. Initial cards are valid for 2 years, and renewals are valid for 3-5 years. (Check to see if your card is valid before taking the training again.) We will also reimburse you for the card.
Food Safety Manual
Concessions must be operated in compliance with the Washington State Department of Health’s food safety rules and regulations, as outlined in the Washington State Food Worker Manual. This manual is available at Food Worker Manual. Refer to the Manual for guidance on all food safety matters including but not limited to food temperature controls, handwashing standards, and cleaning standards.
